Job Description

Purpose of the job: As Part of Route to Market objective to provide the marketing functions with appropriate systems solutions, process enablement & providing insightful reports to facilitate decision making, the purpose of this role is to provide stakeholders with actionable insights by providing reports which utilize our systems data captured daily from our field force. Main Responsibilities: • Provider of all RTM and Trade Marketing & Distribution related performance reports trackers, Regional Dashboards in regular frequencies. • To make observations from the Trade Marketing and Distribution reports for BUs / Regions and share these observations with related managers. • To perform regular reports asked by the Trade Marketing and Distribution managers which fulfills the instant needs as well as informing related directors by performing different analyses • To provide support to all marketing sub-functions regarding TMD reports & supporting any Ad-Hoc requests through providing any support required in training/advice on BI system. • To proactively provide stakeholders with actionable insights through analysis of data/trends especially in campaign Launch, Price change or other trade activity situations. • Be responsible for the Freshness & price panel of outlets and to make sure the panel target is met. • To be acquainted with work safety procedures and apply this procedures as a part of his daily work and to warn those who do not apply. • To participate actively in all of the training indicated in development plan related to Environmental Health&Safety (EHS) and to show participation by sharing his experiences and ideas during the training. • To perform the controls in his own responsibility field on time and exact, to take actions related to the outcomes of deficiencies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sector as Analyst • Minimum bachelor’s degree received from an education institute • To understand the principles of supply chain and distribution on a basic level • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes comprehension • Teamwork • Good communication skills • Inter individual communication skills • Ability to represent • To be fond of cooperation and problem solving • High reconciliation skills
