Job Description

Job Summary: As a performance marketing manager, you will play a critical role in designing highly targeted campaigns and optimizing digital marketing costs, using different tools, data analysis, and constant monitoring of advertising channels and comparing them with the organic ones. The performance marketing manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts, diversifying the channels, and making sure of the effectiveness of taken actions. Designing effective strategies in order to increase ROI in advertising and conversion rates as well are among the main duties. Constant monitoring of KPIs and reporting to senior managers as well as a keen eye for detail and data analysis are winning traits for this role. Responsibilities: ● Designing suitable strategies to lead users to the Keepa website and application. ● Developing and managing digital channels in order to meet marketing targets. ● Designing and managing digital campaigns. ● Working with marketing automation tools to optimize conversion rate. ● Working with different digital marketing tools such as tracker, marketing automation, etc. ● Planning and managing the budget of the marketing team. ● Creating dashboards to constantly monitor the KPIs of the marketing team. ● Constantly calculating and reviewing the performance of digital campaigns based on marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC, etc. ● Creating an effective rapport with other teams in order to increase traffic, optimize landing pages, develop the user experience and customer journey, etc. ● Implementing creative A/B tests and monitoring their success.
