Job Description
• Oversee the segmentation and selection of customer data • Enact CRM life-cycle communications that drive engagement, loyalty and LTV. • Oversee the setup, execution and optimization of our member get member and gifting programmers • Leverage analytics and A/B test results to measure the impact of new initiatives and optimize engagement plans • Regularly report on the performance of SOW campaigns, detailing performance and spend against budget and forecast • Measure and optimize referral offers and track success and spans • Help to prioritize the road map for loyalty and engagement building features, based on marketing analytics or customer pain-points/feedback
Requirements
• Graduate from top 3 Iranian university. Education abroad is a big plus. • Prior experience in an online technology business in a marketing position • Comfortable with analytics and ability to analyze engagement campaigns and develop cohesive conclusions based on data • Strong stakeholder management skills to work with teams from multiple cities and functions
