Job Description
- Analysis the trends, approaches and processes, - Designing the performance management models for production / service industries - Conducting connections between performance management approach and the other approaches in human resource management, conducting the working teams, - Reviewing and refining the performance management model. - Establishing and maintenance of Excellency structures/ performance management/ process management
Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in management - At least five years experience in designing - Expert in analysis the trends, approaches and processes, - Expert in designing the performance management models for production / service industries
