Job Description

● To collaborate with training providers to ensure effective learning solutions have been delivered with the collaboration of the CoE teams. ● To maintain and improve Performance Management systems and dashboards. ● To design and conduct leadership development needs assessment at an organizational level. ● To source and facilitate a leadership development center (via either formal or informal development programs) targeting different groups of leaders. ● To provide analytical reports on individual and organizational leadership development plans. ● To administrate leadership management system and tools to ensure all data profiles are updated. ● To conduct a talent review program and ensure a mitigation plan is developed to address talent risks. ● To gather and concatenate information required to conduct succession planning in addition to facilitation of talent mapping for succession planning and career development. ● To coordinate and deliver leadership and behavioral assessments based on a yearly calendar, also provide related reports and analyses. ● To interpret manager assessment reports and provide guidance to managers on how to apply such development tools. ● To maintain and implement Integrated Performance Management Framework plans and schedules. ● To communicate various individual Performance Management reports and provide feedback/feedforward on Performance Improvement areas as requested with the cooperation of other HR teams. ● To ensure Performance scoring is based on scoring standards and is integrated through MTNIrancell. ● To provide analysis on performance scores to segment different staff based on their status and also initiate improvement programs. ● To plan awareness programs regarding the Performance Management process to promote the best practices. ● To ensure all MTNIrancell staff is aware of their annual targets aligned with business objectives. ● To provide consultation to line managers on drafting performance contracts and the evaluation process. ● To provide consultation to line managers on the need to link Performance Management to organization objectives in order to ensure all the objectives are in alignment with business needs. ● To collaborate with various HR Teams to provide consultation to line managers and individuals on career opportunities within MTN IRANCELL.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant fields. ● 3 years of experience in the HR profession. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience in leadership development planning. ● Experience in the behavioral competency framework.
