Job Description

● Leading a team of people and continuously working to improve their analytical skills and technical skills. ● Propose and implement strategies to build innovative platforms and improve internal customer engagement with the operations excellence team. ● Hold ad-hoc daily meetings with sales and marketing middle managers and BU heads to consult with them and understand their needs. ● Organize annual sales summit and develop valuable content to help improve existing workflows and identify gaps.

Requirements

● An MBA graduate or other business-related fields. ● Track record of BI development. ● Eagerness and passion to promote a systematic mindset when working with data. ● Problem-solving mindset. ● Passion for always finding a more efficient way of doing things. ● 4 years of people management experience. ● A project management-related certificate is a plus. ● Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. ● Strong presentation skills. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Fluent in written English.
