People Branding Designer Summary: Our mission in Alibaba HR Team is to co-create an experience full of success and fulfillment through agile practices. Creating this experience is at the core of everything we do. A people branding designer is a critical role in creating and enhancing this experience through EVP, internal communication, design, content, social media, events and employee voice programs. You will help build and manage connected campaigns and meaningful experiences that drive our culture and business forward, whilst significantly raising our brand profile. You have a hidden passion for design and can autonomously and professionally develop most of your creative materials. At the same time, you're an expert on social media, with a particular talent for compelling storytelling and copy-writing. You understand the intersection of culture, brand, and media. Responsibilities: • Design and implement compelling People-oriented campaigns and brand experiences aligned with the Alibaba culture. • Partner with cross-functional departments to develop and promote Alibaba employee value proposition (EVP) • Partner with cross-functional departments to guarantee that our brand voice is woven into the right channel strategy, content planning, event planning, thought leadership, and engagement campaigns. • Creatively develop in-house content to feed our internal channels and our social media presence, as videos, pictures, info graphs, texts, and other formats. • Lead the execution and delivery of internal company communications including email newsletters, town halls. • Work with senior leaders on internal communications programs for their organizations, helping leaders effectively engage with their teams. • Maintain good interpersonal relationships with other Alibaba employees, in order to build a great understanding of our culture; and constantly get new insights to feed our content needs.

Requirements
