Job Description

● To integrate and consolidate all HR reporting systems, design new reports, and ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting. ● To search, deploy, and measure HR global metrics to provide enough insight to HR management team. ● To prepare HR reports and insights for different stakeholders according to the schedule and maintain relevant data sources. ● To act as the point of contact to HR and business in receiving and analyzing new/ad-hoc HR analytics, applying correct data, and managing the delivery of effective and efficient insight through different statistical analytics and machine learning techniques. ● To ensure a proper visualization of HR data through the creation of dashboards and reports using different tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and techniques (e.g., storytelling). ● To support employee experience measurement via developing an employee listening program, investigating the need for running surveys in the company considering shareholders’ interests, industry, and company needs, and designing the content. ● To conduct different surveys on relevant platforms/channels, ensure receiving sufficient participation, analyze and present survey results, and facilitate defining improvement actions with the collaboration of different functions and HRBPs. ● To contribute to designing HR digital initiatives aligned with the company digital transformation strategy and other HR teams. ● To contribute to evaluating the HR budget and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements. ● To contribute to HR planning and collaborate with HR finance for budgeting via different actions, including but not limited to providing proper historical insight as well as trends and best practices as per required. ● To identify HR Data quality improvement areas and follow up with stakeholders on corrective actions aligned with HR data governance policy. ● To collect and prepare excellence awards and audit required documents and pieces of evidence. ● To analyze HR programs and goals, research for benchmarking with best practices, seek opportunities and improvement areas, and co-create data-driven cases with stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of the result. ● To utilize various analytics programming languages to manipulate data and provide data models to model future people analytics trends.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or an MBA graduate; a Master's degree in HRM is an advantage. ● At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
