Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to be responsible for all payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Specialist's responsibilities include calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
• Finalizing monthly payroll, based on time sheet and changes and release the payroll and bank needed files from Excel.
• Administrating termination process activity accordingly caused by resignation OR dismissal based on DK policy and Iran Labor Law.
• Coordinate with the accounting department and external auditors in preparation of data and materials for annual financial audits.
• Preparing the regular and occasional reports of payroll and employee cost.
• Follow personnel issues related to payroll and benefit.
• Designing payroll & employee benefits to suggest necessary changing for improving the planning.
