Job Description

● Login of personnel information in the system. ● Enter monthly function information. ● Salary calculations. ● Calculation of staff salaries based on recruitment orders. ● Calculate used personnel leave. ● Calculation of unused staff leaves at the end of the year. ● Calculate salary supplements such as mission fees, overtime and bonuses, and etc. ● Calculations of deductions such as premiums, taxes, loans, and assistance and personnel. ● Schedule submission of payroll, insurance, and tax lists and timely payment of staff salaries.

Requirements

● Having a solid knowledge of labor laws. ● Having at least 1 year of related experience. ● Being highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. ● Having good communication skills as a team member. ● Meeting closing deadlines. ● Being focused and precise on the given tasks.
