Job Description

-Maintains, processes, and reconciles a wide variety of payroll documents and materials in compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines -Collect timecards or other records of employees' hours, review them for accuracy, and verify attendance and hours worked -Perform daily payroll department operations -Setting up and defining new employees in payroll system -Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records -Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely -Calculate and control the monthly payments, tax and S.S.O. lists on time

Requirements

-At least Bachelor Degree -At least 2 years experiences in payroll -Advance ICDL -Analytical thinking ability -Good communication skills -Respect Confidentiality aspect of the role -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 34 -MUST be fluent in English
