- Provides guidance and recommendations on Payroll issues, policies, and procedures.
- Assists in the development and modification of internal payroll control policies and procedures.
- Schedule the payroll operation
- Do Payroll for ex-pats and localize the team.
- Follow and supervise the local payroll team.
- Follow Attendance system operation and Attendance team.
- Follow Payroll audit processes and action plan.
- Settle cash and Bank payroll payments.
- Settle the Cost Centers reports with the Finance team.
- Arrange and report the main monthly and annual wage type for Org.
- Able to arrange employment cost budget annually and follow it
