Job Description

- Process payroll for employees in the organization; - Manage and prepare monthly salary reports and control them before payment; - Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely; - Performing daily salary and settlement operations; - Preparing social insurance and salary tax statements; - Follow Payroll audit processes and action plan; -Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary;

Requirements

- Educational Degree in Finance/Accounting - At least 5 years of experience in a related position - Advanced knowledge of payroll operations - Ability to resolve complex payroll problems - Proficient in Rahkaran System - Advance in MS office especially in Excel - Strong knowledge of tax and Labor laws - English Fluency is a plus
