Job Description

System Analyst’s responsibilities are as below: - Customarily and regularly provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software solutions to meet the company’s business requirements. - Implement security standards and ensure adherence to compliance standards. - Prepare communications and create presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives. - Assist in evaluating, optimizing, harmonizing, and standardizing existing systems. - Responsible for analyzing factual information and possible solutions, making independent judgments, decisions, and recommendations. - Customarily and regularly assist development leaders designing applications using appropriate systems architecture, database structures, communication, and technologies. - Assist in developing and managing the maintenance of assigned systems, applications, and processes including back-up, downtime procedures, disaster recovery, and process monitoring. - Perform Software Solution Systems Analysis interpreting product and business requirements and documenting them. - Manage Solution Delivery lifecycle for products, running release planning, sprint planning, and daily standup meetings. - Serve as communication / reporting liaison between sales, product management and IT for status of SDLC Project Management - Customarily and regularly monitor quality standards and ensure failure-free operation. - Responsible for trouble-shooting technical issues and identifying modifications needed in existing applications. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
