- Ensure the feasibility and follow up of Pastry projects during their development phase and guarantee the quality of them. - Elaborate any new development scheme for Iranian and Foreign Pastry products. - Calculate cost and define selling price according to competitors' survey. - Supervise on the process of Iranian and foreign Pastry products. - Awareness of safety, cleanliness and adherence to the standards - Experience leading and organizing large teams and delivering a high level of Pastry product training to all company employees
