- Gather company part dealer data from reports and external data( gray market)
- Analyze performance data
- Evaluate and document potentials for the parts business
Step two: PM Support Operations
- Support parts sales managers during Dealer Mentoring
- A critical review of dealer action plans
- Back office support
- Execution of project management activities
- Support best practice management
- Responsible for continues selling improvement
- Responsible for interaction and creation of synergy with another project
Step three: Transition
- Develop a transition plan
- Execute transition plan
- Monitor transition plan
