• Performing parts ordering procedure
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Track and trace orders and providing related reports
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system
• Controlling receipting and shipping procedure in warehouse
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight to customer for Import shipments
• Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Interact with suppliers in arranging their international shipments, meeting and negotiating
• Use workflows on a daily basis to manage shipments
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests
• Ensuring compliance with all legal rules & regulations and company policies
• Coordination with parts, service, and finance team
• Maintaining historical and market data
• Create timely and accurate reports
