Job Description

- Execution and follow up of the approved standard operating Procedure and batch manufacturing record. - Operation and cleaning of blistering and packaging machine for Vial, Cartridges and PFS. - Strictly follow up hygienic Operation and Practices as per Procedures. - Inspection and packaging of aseptic products, as well as material handling and setup of packaging lines with accuracy and efficiency. - Online completion of the production documents like batch manufacturing record and log books etc. - Supporting to facility and equipment qualification - Ensuring of the preventative maintenance is followed by engg. as per given schedule - Effective utilization of the production consumables like disinfectant, hand gloves etc - Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. - Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. - Ability to work at night shift.
