List of responsibilities:
- Reserving Eminence travel services for customers (after training),
- Managing Eminence social media such as Instagram, Telegram etc.,
- Communicating with services suppliers in English in order to solve any customer problems.
Requirements
Specialist knowledge:
- Experienced in outgoing reservation systems (hotels, flights, and other travel services),
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Competent at treating clients with respect and dignity.
