Job Description

• Develop and Optimize organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures • Implementation and maintenance of the standards in different classes of ISO certificates. • Monitor and ensure that the organization processes comply with international standards • Coordinate organization structure and job design initiatives • Design and maintain job profiles for the organization • Maintenance all organizational processes and structures • Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting • Conducting external audits based upon the implemented management system standards • Prepare business analysis and managerial report

Requirements

• MS in Industrial Engineering, IT Management or MBA • 4-6 years of experience in organizational design and effectiveness, change management, HR and Talent Management • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, job analysis/design, implementing and managing culture change and transformation initiatives. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Working experience in ISO and excellence Models • Working experience in strategic management
