- Expert in strategic management models and processes - Prepare KPI & CSF for company strategies & processes - Conduct strategic management projects base on PMBOK method - Analyzing the financial performance of business units and subsidiaries, - Prepare budgeting base on strategy business planning - Develop & Implement Management Systems - Audit Procedures and organizational assessment based on Excellence Models - Monitoring procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation - Partners with management and process owners to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives
