Job Description

• To collaborate with human resources functions to support them in achieving their objectives and contribution in cross functional team activities • To actively research and propose also initiate change structures through conferring with HRBPs and business • To serves as an internal customer interface on all Organization Design and Architecture issues/enquiries • To provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OA • To design and maintain job profiles of the organization for related divisions • To facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization • To ensure efficiency of HC budget & compliancy with structure • To maintain HR ERP including (Organization Units, Positions, Jobs) and other relevant databases • To facilitate change management process for all organizational structure changes. • To maintain, improve and also update various HR Organization Architecture dashboards • To evaluate MTNIrancell jobs based on various job evaluation methods • To research and keep updated MTNIrancell Job Based competency framework • To facilitate evaluation process based on Grading methodology of company, also research on the latest best practices • To support business in determination of headcount forecast align with their requirements and control actual headcount vs. budget. as per assigned division • To facilitate and deliver workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning • To evaluate each job criticality and drive the process to maintain reliable database • To work closely with Talent Development team to provide input for designing various trainings for delivery of MTNIrancell required competencies. • To support Talent Acquisition team in designing competency based interview catalogues to determine candidates job match level • To develop methodology also deliver the analysis on success rate of organizational change structures • To collaborate with various HR Teams to council and advice line managers and individuals on career opportunities within MTN IRANCELL.

Requirements

• BA degree in human resources management or any other relevant fields • 3 years’ experience in HR Management with concentration in Organization Development, remuneration and Employee • Experience working in a medium organization • Fluent in English
