Job Description

- Review and revise (as necessary) job descriptions and job specifications and conduct analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines - Design and Create competency model - Develop and implement performance appraisal models and feedback programs; coaching managers on performance review process and appropriate feedback - Create and implement programs that connect employees with business continuity and culture - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis and performance management - Monitor and evaluate training’s program’s effectiveness - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated by conducting effective induction and orientation sessions - Providing a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance - Design and create employee’s career path

Requirements

- 2 years experience in HR organizational areas - B.Sc. in management or industrial engineering - HR knowledge proficiency - Fluent in English - Negotiation management - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - Initiative, Independent and well-organized character - Ability to build and maintain good business relationships quickly and professionally - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Access-Outlook-PowerPoint) and Internet - Ability to work under pressure - Energetic - Strong Leadership skills with a coaching mindset - Being honest, flexible, self-motivated, accurate, self-organized and fast-learner - Very strong data analytical experience with proven business case results
