We are looking for an Operations & Support Supervisor, who will oversee both sides of suppliers and customers’ matters. Job duties include making and designing travel packages & activities for our trips to ensure smooth trips for our clients and the success of our brand. In addition, supporting & providing an unforgettable & enriching experiences that our travelers into the ancient & extraordinary world of Persia needs leading a professional support team. These are your responsibilities: - Contact airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies to make suitable arrangements. - Manage domestic flight coordination as needed - Supporting bookings & coordination of reservation changes - Prepare information for tourists or tour guides. - B2B sales development. - Dealing with payment & maintain statistical and financial records - Improving clients & providers’ satisfactions, and reducing costs. - Market research
Requirements
We’re looking for a person who: - is a professional experienced as Sales or Operations specialist in tourism industry. (at least 2 years of working in this level, and total 5 years of working experience) - is native in Farsi & fluency in English (Both written & spoken). - is an expert in Travel Operation (Hotels, Guides, Drivers, etc.) - is an expert in designing tour and packages and improving sales. - has the ideal age: 30-35 Noted: - Former experience in startups or online travel agencies can be considered as your competitive advantages.
