Job Description

- Contact through emails and phone calls to provide appropriate service in a timely manner - Maintaining and developing relationships with Clients via telephone calls and emails - Making accurate calculations - Entry all transportation documents in company database

Requirements

- University qualification: At least BA/BS - Work experience: At least 3 year work experience in customer service and documentation, preferably in the Transportation business. - Language Skills: Fluent in Farsi& good command of English language (Reading & writing) - IT Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Applications & Internet - Personal attribute: Communication skills, team work, knowledge and creativity, planning and organization, ethics and integrity - Familiar with Transportation Software
