Job Description

• To compile, maintain and update a compliance universe for the company that will be used as the base for development, enhancement, monitoring and oversight over compliance requirements. • To identify, prioritize and assess all the applicable requirements (Trade Barriers, Licenses, Tax, SSO, HSE, Labor act, Commercial Laws and Mandates and other applicable rules) that the company is required to comply with. • To build effective communication link and propose and monitor action plans defined along with related teams (e.g. Commercial/Procurement, Sale , HR, Finance, Legal and other functions) in order to assure required mitigation are taken to mitigate risk of none compliance with Laws and regulations. • To stay abreast of all relevant compliance and regulations requirements within the Industry • To develop various programs to aware business units of risks of non-compliance against business (training and awareness) • To provide required reports to Holding’s Legal and Compliance, Portfolio’s Board, Portfolio’s Director Manger and Executives on the compliance of Laws • To monitor compliance to laws and regulation through the introduction and execution of an effective compliance program • To Analyze effects and risks of new laws, regulation and new Business functions in close collaboration with business units • To perform compliance regular risk assessment according to risk based compliance monitoring plan • To perform, as the secondary line of assurance, the Due Diligence of Business Partners (customers, suppliers, vendors etc.) and to constantly train and inform Businesses to do so as the first line of assurance
