Job Description
Operations Performance Management Supervisors keep track of key performance indicators across different functions, including Tech, finance, and different Ops depts. They monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.
Role description:
● Develop and improve operational processes within operations departments.
● Monitor daily service levels, and come up with effective strategies to enhance fulfillment rates.
● Find blockers, and raise them in time using analytical skills.
● Evaluate and report on business metrics to upper management.
● Get connected with suppliers, and define metrics to assess delivered quality.
● Improve the work environment and operations of the organization as a whole.
