Job Description

● Coordinate with the corporate team and manage the company in all divisions. ● Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s employees. ● Monitor the report of all employees and follow up on their daily, weekly and general tasks. ● Manage and supervise all employees. ● Conduct recruitment, selection, interview, termination, etc. processes. ● Follow up on the advancement of each employee in their main role. ● Ensure compliance and law enforcement in all human resource management processes. ● Develop and monitor programs, budgets, and cash flow. ● Supervise general accounts of the company. ● Monthly P&L report and analysis of the financial situation of the company. ● Design a strategic action plan for each half-year for the company. ● Active assistance in the strategic decisions of the board.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an MBA graduate (Chemistry degree is a plus) ● At least three years of experience in upper management. ● Professional demeanor at all times. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Both in English and Farsi). ● Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ● Outstanding organizational skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Fluent in labor laws, social security insurance, and taxes. ● Listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. ● Age range: 35 to 50 years old.
