Job Description

Objective of the role: In our online marketplace, the operations manager directs picking goods from vendors, repack and label them in our warehouse and shipping them to the customers.. List of responsibilities: - Direct the process of picking goods from vendors and shipping them to customers - Direct and coordinate activities of the Operations departments concerned with vendors, logistics, customers - Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. - Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction organization officials. - Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. - Plan or direct activities, such as Repack and labeling process and returned goods process that require coordination with other department managers. - Manage the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operation - Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping goods. - Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. - Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting goods. - Reporting to: Business Manager. - Subordinates: Operations staffs, Warehouse staffs. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8am 17pm. - Travel requirements: Without traveling.
