Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing the business operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with company’s objectives.
Other key responsibilities:
Hiring, training, and evaluating employees to ensure the most effective output
Creating and maintaining an environment of cooperation and high performance for subordinates, and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization
Identifying operational issues, as well as potential problems and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the higher management in relation to process improvement
