Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, tourism management, or related fields such as sociology, psychology, or any other related field fitting to the requirements. • Proficient in English. German or other language skills is a plus • Knowledge and experience in the field of incoming tourism and / or • Knowledge and experience in operations/project management and / or • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices and / or • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices, such as supervising, coaching and developing staff Your Personal Key Competencies • Strong skills in decision-making and team building • Priority and Execution-oriented, analytical mindset and excited about getting things done • Self-motivated and self-organized • Communication and negotiation skills • Open hearted and open minded mindset – creative and able to come up with own ideas • Team player with social competences • Passionate to work in an environment with project / StartUp character • Conflict management skills • Stress tolerance
