- BA or BS in business, management or other related fields - Being able to see the big picture as well as the finer details - Having a systematic organized approach to work - Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of customer/client requirements - Be proficient in business planning software - Strong leadership skills, including effective time management and prioritizing and delegation - Ability to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate your team, and always seeking to improve best practice is a must Being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous - Fluent in English - Experience in working with startups - Ideal Age:25-37
