Job Description
•Main Objective:
Also known as Directors of HR Engagement, HR Business Partners are tasked with streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations
•Main Responsibilities:
-Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
-Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
-Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention of the field agents.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
-Maintain pay and benefits plans
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
