PINOPS Group is constantly looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who want to join a growing and dynamic international business (Freight forwarding & Logistics), Operations Expert’ focus is to manage Ground transportation from A-Z including: Pricing, Monitoring, and to ensure smooth flow of transportation. Management team will provide all facilities, support, and resources enabling the operations team to achieve their objectives efficiently. • Receiving orders from Sales department and process the required arrangements for delivery • Negotiate freight rates with operational counterparts in road lines and other companies to get high quality services at the most competitive price • Execute required arrangements with production units, transportation companies, port terminals and clearance team • Tracking delivery status to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports • Preparing all required transportation company’s documents and keep record of soft and hard copies • Checking relevant service bills and arrange for payment • Cooperation with Financial team on payment records. • Solve problems on logistic services. • Handling customer inquiries and quotations (Correspondence with Agents). • Negotiating, liaising with international agents and carriers • Generating monthly reports to the operation’s manager
