Job Description

•Main Objective: Process sales orders and payments and corresponding, monitoring of orders process, arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support •Main Responsibilities: -Monthly sales analyzing and reporting -Processing orders, credit checks and payments -Checking stock and re-ordering supplies -Organizing deliveries -Providing after-sales support -Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions -Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations -Monitor shipments statues, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods -Preparing analytical and statistical reports such as sell tracking, inventory control
