About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. Responsibilities: ● Ensure the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts. ● Identify customer needs proactively, make suggestions, and provide and execute action plans to fulfill them. ● Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Provide data analysis needed for operations decision-making. ● Translate analysis results into business recommendations. ● Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends. ● Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs. ● Translate customers’ strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline. ● Monitor delivery operations metrics, do root cause analysis to improve them, and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
