Job Description

-Ensuring that all process and procedure are working efficiently across the organization -Takes necessary measures to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service are at the expected level -Provide induction and on-the-job training, gives the necessary feedback, follow-up on the employees with whom the customer has direct communication or who have business relation -Plays a role in solving the problems -Organizes monitors and reports the daily work schedule, breaks and permits and keeps the performance points of the dependent staff within the framework of equalization -Follows personnel daily-weekly-monthly operations and defects and reports to the management -Provide weekly/monthly required reports

Requirements

-At least High school graduation -At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field -Should be attentive in appearance and talking -High listening ability and self-expression skills -Precision, attentiveness and sensitivity to rules -Precision about doing work without errors -Problem solving skills -Smiling face and high motivation -Good communication skills in local language and English is required
