Job Description

- Objective of the role: Support services and launched systems for customers. - List of responsibilities: - Collaborate in discovering and solving customer problems - Support operations and follow up technical support layers 1 and 2 Communicate with customers through the organization's portals - Responding to incoming calls and making outgoing calls - Reporting to: Technical Support Manager. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday at 8 am-5 pm. - Travel requirements: No traveling.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering. - Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years. - Specialist knowledge: - Technical and responsible accountability - coordination with other team members, and accuracy in conveying concepts - Familiarity with operator services - Familiarity with the process of responding to FATA police - Familiarity with the basic concepts of networking - Familiarity with customer relationship skills Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Office, Internet
