Operation & Customer Manager with good knowledge about handling Air, Sea, and Overland and Transit shipments in a freight forwarder company is required. Job Description including but not limited to below tasks:
- Supervising handling procedure on all shipments and operation team progress.
- Managing any rising issue in shipping procedures and building good working relationship with agents.
- Preparing necessary or requested reports for management.

- Previous experience in Freight Forwarder Company and Knowledge about handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments is necessary.
- Having related management work experience is necessary.
- Fluent in English.
