Job Description

The objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of the transportation process, and update customers about the transportation process. keep the business on the technology edge, support customers on the issue they face, review the orders and issue the requested invoices. Roles: ● Resolve and respond to customers' issues and inquiries. ● Find solutions to move customers' shipments. ● Report to the operations manager. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 4:30; Thursdays from 8:30 to 12:30. ● Travel requirements: Sometimes, inside the country.
