Job Description

•To process network supplier invoices, perform reconciliations and trend analysis on time to ensure reported opex is correct •To provide various analytical reports on opex (such as transmission, maintenance, rents and electricity, etc.) per request •To analyze network financial bottlenecks in order to advise network finance management of ideas for resolution •To analyze BTS/BSC profitability in order to find out unprofitable units •To perform ABC accounting to determine total operational cost of each BTS/BSC site •To accrue for all occurred expenses in related period (esp. Month End) based on IFRS •To collect and document requisitions for each payment to ensure payments are according with services •To track electricity payment of down-sites and lease payments to prepare analysis on a weekly basis

Requirements

Education: •Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Industrial Management, Commercial Management •Finance, Accounting education is preferred •Fluent in English Experience: •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation •Experience working in a medium organization •2-3 years’ experience in accounting with focus on financial analysis or related areas is preferred •Previous work experience in telecom industry is highly preferred
