Job Description

- Implement and execute all processes developed for online sales - Realization of sales figure - Manage the operation of the online store website - Manage and monitor customer feedback and voice - Control and supervision of sales experts, order control center and logistics - Control the order registration process and receive it in the order control center - Control of logistics processes and transportation of goods between supplier and buyer

Requirements

- Adequate familiarity with the academic topics of marketing, sales and customer relationship management - Sufficient ability to work with Office suite - Familiarity with a range of software related to sales and marketing - Adequate ability to manage time - Full mastery of modern marketing methods such as digital marketing (telegram marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing, SMS marketing) - Fluent in internet marketing, website updates and SEO Education and courses in related fields such as online marketing, e-commerce and startups are an advantage At least 5 years in online sales
