Job Description

Monitor Suppliers KPI and improve service performance in country Expand offline service network coverage inside country Define strategy for improving service suppliers and service providers Audit Service network and solve issues Define strategy for maximum spare part and SWAP handset availability in service network Increase customer satisfaction based on received service experience Define service policy for Mobile, Laptop, tablet and other products Handling financial process related to offline service suppliers Monitor and audit supplier monthly settlements based on defined KPI in SLA Define Service KPI and service strategy for Supplier SLA Handling routine meetings with Suppliers management team Supply handsets from different channels for service SWAP requests Communicate with Union, Ministry and other related organizations to handle related projects and respond to compliant. Handle Service islands sales process and increase the SO QTY Support internal Service management Team to improve the service process Provide Warranty for devices which are importing to country Check and support Special VOC cases from customer

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above (Electronics or telecom is advantage) 5 years or above of related experience Being familiar to Mobile Service process and know the Service providers in country Have a good ability of negotiation and communication with other companies and governmental organizations Be able to work under hard work pressure conditions.
