Job Description

In this role you will be in charge of planning, execution and monitoring of stand-alone and integrated offline marketing activities and campaigns. Responsibilities: 1. Building relationships with external partners who directly affect the offline marketing team's performance. 2. Managing and monitoring the success and efficiency of all field activities. 3. Holding or participating in all external and internal events. 4. Traveling to other provinces to do on-site visits of Offline AD spots, and closing deals with ad agencies. 5. Monitoring agencies’ activities to print and distribute ad artwork on the exact media according to the contract with agency. 6. AB Testing, analyzing, and improving offline campaign ideas. 7. Planning and executing BTL offline campaigns. 8. Initiating and executing all activities required in sponsorship events. 9. Preparing final reports of an offline campaign and giving recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor messages in relation to the audience at hand and to present even the most complex messages in clear, simple and convincing terms. 2. Eagerness to take data-driven decisions coupled with planning and a strong analytical mind. 3. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under the pressure of deadlines and targets. 4. Demonstrated calmness under stressful situations and in occasions of uncertainty. 5. Outstanding listening, negotiation and presentation skills. 6. Charisma and ability to form strong and long-lasting relationships both internally and externally on behalf of the Company 7. Strong time and project management skills. 8. Hands on to find alternatives and ability to search for suitable solutions offline.
