Job Description

- Answer telephones, take messages or refer call to appropriate staff member. - Maintain calendar and plan meetings inside or outside the company. - Handle and distribute mails and faxes. - Prepare and edit documents. - Maintain data base and file both electronic and paper documents. - Track and order office supplies.

Gender: Female Age: 25-45 Years old Bachelor degree Min 2 years’ experience in secretarial job and customer service Knowledge of general office procedures Computer skills (MS office) Medium knowledge in English Based in Tehran (Our office is located in Padaran)
