Job Description

Arranges, manages and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule Arranging meetings, Collecting and coordinating the flow of internal and external information Gather data and regularly update the related database Answering phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages for unnecessary calls for CEO -Preparing reports to Managing Director. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments. Managing and distributing information within an office such as answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents Interacts with directors and carries out their requests Creates agendas and takes meeting notes Booking Tickets, Hotels, preparing Visa documents

Requirements

At least Bachelor degree in any field. At least 3 years’ Experience in related field. Must be fluent in English. Good command of Microsoft office application, excel, word, outlook, etc. Filing and Paper Management. Fast Typing Excellent and good verbal communication skills Attention to detail. Multitasking capabilities Organizational abilities Self-Motivation. Familiar with internet and computer skills (office) Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and …) Enable to translate English to Farsi and Farsi to English. Detail oriented.
