Job Description

We are an institution in Tehran, authorized by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to send student abroad and also a translation office. We are currently looking for an experienced Office manager. Main tasks are : - Scheduling daily agenda and respecting deadlines - Preparing documents for translation between translators and other staff - Monitoring all the administrative staff - Translating time to time documents from Persian to French - Following up with other institutions and offices - Preparing responses to inquiries by phone, text messages or emails - Sending documents (hard copy) to our clients and local partners - Monitoring and Answering telephone calls - Papering and electronic documentation - Being available on phone on holidays and Non-Working hours - Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines - Website and advertising packages management - Creating contents for our Website and virtual medias - Calculating commissions of our partners - Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place

Requirements

Requirements - Female gender preference - University degree, at least bachelor degree(French studies is our preference) - Having experience in office management - Good knowledge with MS Office applications and scanning - Good knowledge in bookkeeping - Timely attendance at work from 9 to 18 (Saturday-Wednesday) and 9-13 (Thursday) - Flexible in working hours and work conditions - Teamwork skills - Good communication skills - Good public relations - Being energetic - Being highly motivated - Being responsible - Good knowledge in French and or English
