Job Description

Preparing daily agenda for CEO Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up Coordinating internal and external meetings Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence Maintaining schedules and calendars Preparing and archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents assisting in commercial affairs Handling CEO guests, customers and clients Coordinates office management activities Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position (CEO or Executive Assistant) Fluent in communication and excellent public relation Project Management, Process improvement skill are asset Excellent in MS Office Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player and loyal to work High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role Self-Motivated Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline -living in west of Tehran Working Hours: 8 am - 4 pm Office Current Location: Km 6 Karaj Special Rd., Tehran
