Job Description
Preparing daily agenda for CEO
Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up
Travel arrangements and accommodation affairs
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining schedules and calendars
Preparing and archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents assisting in commercial affairs
Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person
Handling CEO guests, customers and clients
Coordinates office management activities
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
