Job Description

Preparing daily agenda for CEO Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up Travel arrangements and accommodation affairs Coordinating internal and external meetings Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence Maintaining schedules and calendars Preparing and archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents assisting in commercial affairs Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person Handling CEO guests, customers and clients Coordinates office management activities Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages) Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

University Qualification: BS / BA Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position (CEO or Executive Assistant) Fluent in communication and excellent public relation Project Management, Process improvement skill are asset Excellent in MS Office Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player and loyal to work High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role Self-Motivated Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Familiar with English in writing, Listening, Speaking and Reading
