(NMPC) is seeking for Office managers, expert in Ability to manage office,Report Writing and typing,Database Management, Information System (MIS), Process Mapping, Records Management,etc. Office management for his current and future projects for TEHRAN office from qualified candidates


-MSc/BSc in Office management from well-known universities. -Minimum 5 years’ experience as Office manager -Fluent in relevant software such as Excel, Word, Access and etc. -Ability to manage office, as such the role is varied, often including responsibilities across a diverse range of functions such as: Customer Service, Report Writing and typing, Database Management, Information System (MIS), Process Mapping, Records Management, Form/Template Design, Facilities Management, Space Management and etc. -Ability on monitoring and reviewing systems, usually focusing on specific outcomes such as improved timescales, output -Hard worker and Serious in work •Personal competencies useful in the role are: -Problem solving skills -Good decision making abilities -Integrity & resourcefulness -Creativity & assertiveness & flexibility -Time management skills -Team work abilities -Fluent in English
